Canon iRC3200 Colors Mismatch

Hello to all !

I am servicing this Canon IRC3200 and despite have cleaned all machine including IBT Sensors the IBT assembly and
having ran the CCD and XY values according to the label, the colors remain out of phase (slightly but noticeable), I even lubed the drums shafts with conductive grease but everything seems in vain.

Toners are OEM
Machine is perfectly clean now.
(multibrands tech, 20+ years working on machines),

Please your comments or experiences will be appreciated.

I've in the past have removed the belt from the assembly and carefully clean and dry the drive rollers. If that doesn't solve your problem, you may need to do a p print and dc clear. I'm not a fan of dc clear, so I always clean the assembly first. You will need to input correction values after a dc clear, so do a p print first. These 2 methods have worked for me well before. I'd also consider changing the cleaner blade as well, if it has exceeded it's typical life span.

If Miss-registration is occurring in both the Lead to Trail Direction and the Cross-feed Direction. /
Inspect position & or Remove Pattern Reader Assembly to re-seat it--

Make sure your ITB DRIVE GEARS are not worn / edges ride over each other/

or your Lasers may need alignment to home position
After aligning all Laser Assemblies it may be necessary to initiate a fine adjust to achieve proper alignment. To do this start with the Black Laser Assembly. Move the alignment gear one tooth at a time and then let the machine perform a registration adjustment. Usually, you will have to perform this fine adjustment a few times until the registration is close enough for the machine to correct it automatically.

I once had one that printed fine for a while then had same problem,
leveling copier solved the problem.

Machines running fine so far.
I throughly cleaned the ITB again and cleaned the sensors, gears and all at no avail,
Was until I reset the DC CON, etc. as per the bulletin and ran a self calibratio that copies came out
OK.
