    Error code E000002-0000

    I have a problem with IR 3035. It gives me error code E000002-0000. I think it deals with the Fixing Assy. How can I reset it?

          If the fuser is a surf fixing assy the element has blown and cannot be reset,you will need a new fixing film assy.
