[Electrical] IR 4570 don't boot at start up

My IR 4570 in start up don't boot and the progress blue bar blocked in the phase 1 and don't continue its track.
I try to disconnect the two RAM and the bootrom to clean its tooth connection by alcohol.
nothing happen, the problem not resolved.
also ,I see that the motor don't turn

Replace SD ramm.

Problem :
1) Stuck in wait at power ON of machine and 1/8 of progress bar indicated on the LCD.

2) Machine locks up.

3) Blank LCD - Green power LED On.

Solution :
The contacts of the BOOT ROM or MEMORY can loose connection to the Main Controller due to oxidation. Clean the contacts of the BOOT ROM and MEMORY to remove oxidation and clean contact.
