Canon CLC4000 transfer developer to copy

If i print 100 for example i get 1 page or 2 Magenta the whole page magenta but it have developer and toner on the paper, I Shut down the copier and sometimes the problem goes away.
Ihave already change the developer unit, the developer(magenta) make the adjustments, change the drum, and even change the wire of the corona. (not the grid).
but im getting out of ideas. i know the developer its transfering to the paper but dont know why.. any advice?

    Using OEM Developer ??

Check if Toner hopper belt had slipped off the Magenta Hopper Pulleys.

    Re-install belt and test.

Check the Magenta Toner Feed Clutch.
also check the DEVELOPING DRIVE ASSEMBLY (rear of Printer)

OK I check it out and it was the toner, was accumulated on the bottom and a belt had slipped and the salt sensor was a mess. but now sometimes i get a full
magenta page but without developer anymore. i would try to put new developer i had already change the corona assembly and grid.
do u think the developer will fix the problem? thanks for your help.
