Canon IR6570 Blank Bands on copies

    Hi fellow tech's

Need your help with a little issue I'm having with a Canon IR6570 that is producing blank bands on the copies from top to bottom (portrait). I know its got something to do with the Developing Assy, either its shorting / arcing, so ive gone through the coronas in the various assemblies and all seems well. the problem is intermittent and will happen roughly every 5-15 copies/prints

just wondering if anyone has come across this before, and knows something i don't.

I have attached some sample sky copies I made...

    thanks as always...

When such a scenario happens,is there any sound made by the machine?
If not check on the drum unit assembly, there could be an abnormal load
        on the waste toner system.
Sometimes there is a belt at the machine rear which drives the waste toner
system, when it is worn out it can also cause that scenario.

I would run with the Corona Wire Cleaner suggestion - The Cleaner can get stuck as it performs it's Wire Cleaning, try Wire Cleaning to bring the Cleaner back to home position SETTINGS/REGISTRATION > ADJUST/CLEANING > WIRE CLEANING.
