E100 - 0001 = indicates that the BD interval is outside a specified range.

But First keep it simple > check that the grounding spring for the steel registration roller is making contact with the roller. Re-form the spring so that it makes contact with the roller / know issue on this series

if this does not work/ u have other various check to perform

1-error code can be caused by a loose or unplugged BD PCB cable.
Remove the Middle Left Panel and check the 3-wire purple harness to the right of the Laser Assembly as shown below.

2-condensation on the BD sensor
3-Clear RCON, DCON and MMI/ NOTE: do not do any clears unless u have the P PRINT SETTINGS to put back those settings
4-Inspect>Replace the Laser unit

I checked the previous points position of grounding spring, bd pcb cable ,it worked about 200 copies and after that it jammed continously the jame code 0B00 how to solve that problem.

E110-001 - The scanner motor speed lock signal doesnot indicate a locked state a specific
period of time after the scanner motor has
been started.


Clean copy glass from both sides.
The metal mount where the door switch sits was very slightly bent it is very subtle so you need to look very closely at the metal bracket as it was less than 0.5 degrees bent over, and when the paper comes round to do the 2nd side it causes the slider on the door switch to move a minute fraction enough to trip the microswitch and cuts 24v for a fraction of a second enough to cause 0B00 or E110 error code.Please be aware the speed at which it trips is not enough to show up on the I/O codes in the DCON in service mode..
