Canon iR ADVANCED 5035 toner removal

I have a Canon iR ADVANCED 5035 I'm trying to remove the toner from the machine. I open the front panel nothing displays to remove the toner.

I them log in to setting/registration go under maintenance and all other features and nothing is there.

can the feature be activated in service mode? Thank you in advanced.

User Mode option Settings/Registration > Adjustments and Maintenance > Maintenance > Replace Specified Toner,

or>
if the actual toner cartridge is just stuck or jammed, you can manually release the cartridge from the rear of the machine. Attached is the procedure.

you can also take the front panels off the machine to remove the toner covers completley.

useful to know incase the problem lays with the toner release mechanism.

check your service manual for the details.

You must first activate the display :
Go to SERVICE MODE level 2 > OPTION > DSPLY-SW > T-CRG-SW change to 1, Power OFF > ON.
Then you can find in Adjustment / Maintanance > Replace Specific Toner Catridge.
