Z Fold paper come from witch casset. That casset pickup assambly in side is onside rotate gear not rotate properly.Replace the gear.

A jam code would help. Check pre reg flag to see if its hanging up. That could give an 0201 code. If so, replace the damper pad at backend of flag

so one thing that'll cause jams near the reg assembly is an old pre modded door (you can tell this because it has this black foam crap all over the lower left door, should be a metal bracket).
Also, the registration flag can wear down, it as well should have a metal doodad on the flag itself, the flag itself bottoms out on a piece of foam that will stick and prevent the sensor from tripping properly.

We do need a jam code in order to tell you exactly what's going on as we can only guess so much.

I was having the same problem, z folding, jam code 0201, i read in a post here in the forum about this metal bracket, removed the metal and... well the machine is working flawlessly.
