[Misc] canon ir 2525 scanning from adf only LTR size and not A/4 size

    Hello Friends,
I got some old machines ir 2525. I can scan and copy A/4 size from platen, but from ADF only LTR size is sensed and not A/4 size. So please give some solution. I am from India and these machines are imported from USA.

Go to Service Mode : *- 2 - 8 -* press > till display shows "CLEAR" OK, press > till display shows "TYPE" OK press > till display shows "ASIA" or "SG" OK.
The ADF will detect A4 and A3.

the following needs to be set in service mode.

          SCAN > SCAN SW > SW06 > Bit2 to 1

          -----------------------------------------------------------------------
          also under >
SYSTEM > SYSTEM Numeric > 057 to 1 or 2 for metric configuration

          1: AB configuration

          2: A configuration

          3: Inch configuration

          4: AB / Inch configuration

Please, don't put service modes on forums, they are supposed to be used by technicians and not users, if you want to help someone send him an email an keep things under control.
even one of your clients, usually the worsts, are looking to save some money and at the end give you a lot of problems just from finding something interesting on the "internet".
