    Canon ir c4080 color issues

Have a C4080 that the colors do not line up no matter how many times you run the no matter if you run the calibration adjustment, replace the drum units, replaced the transfer belt assy.
Black copies look fine, single color looks fine, full colors do not line up.
    Thanks

Went to do a DC-CON clear, but looking at the setting to put back in I do not see the COPIER>OPTION>BODY>P-ALPHA, COPIER>ADJUST>FEED-ADJ>REGIST, or the COPIER>ADJUST>FEED-ADJ>REGIST2 adjustments listed on the Service Label or on the P-print. Nor can I find it in service mode.

          ---------------------------------

I hate doing a DCON clear> only have success 40% of the time(good record keeping)--usually have to return

1-in this model u first check the ITB(like u did)

          2-
          second > in Service mode (Level2) u run this > COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR > REG-CLR
(If this Service mode is enabled, auto-registration detection correction values are cleared.)
          then>>>>
          3-
          in Service mode Level2 : Function/Laser: LD-ADJ-Y, LD-ADJ-M, LD-ADJ-C. Enable with OK !!
These operations allow the Y,M,C Lens to be reset to the middle position via the Service Mode.
In some cases, the Color Laser correction is such that the Cam can get blocked (hard point) and it becomes impossible to obtain the correct Lens position automatically. We advise you then, to manually set each of the Laser Cams.

          SEE PDF----iRC5180_Color_Shift_Prevention _&_Correction.pdf

Always -follow printer shutdown procedure >then>power off>power on-
then run FULL AUTO GRADATION-/ then check PG6 GRID

Did you clean the optical sensors above the transfer belt at the right side thoroughly?
