I am getting a 000197 error on my irc 9075 any help would be great. also on my ir7095 every once in awhile when running copies the page is solid blk with type reverised. Thanks in advance for any help.

check your Fixing/Feeder Drawer Assembly connectors on both machine frame side ?
check in Copier > Display > Analog > Fix-LC/LE/UC/UE ---see if values are changing
Remove all connectors on the Fixing Feed Driver PCB except J1500, J1550, & J1551 and power on the machine. If the E197-0000 code has cleared, power off the machine and re-insert the connectors one-by-one. After re-inserting a connector, power on the machine and see if the code has returned. If the E197 comes back, inspect the harness/components off that connector.
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

what is the subcode on that E197?
It can be the connector by the fuser or closer toward the middle of the fixing /feeder assembly.
If you have been a bad boy you will need to change the machine side connector too.
Check your IR7095 if the problem goes away when you use LEFT deck.
If so, your right deck pickup clutch or assembly is arcing.Comment

After unplugging and plug the connectors the last one I plugged back in was J1512 and the 000197 came back.Comment

I had same code last week and the resolution was replacing the entire harness/connector of fixing/feed drawer
Part number FM4-1313-000. Good luck as its time consuming to replace.Comment

After getting on my knees to read the connector numbers, just for you, fm4-1313 seems to go to j1512.
FM4-1282 should fix e197-0001Comment
