[Misc] IRAV C9065

Machine ran fine after initial setup. After installing options the machine generated an E025-0302 error code. According to canon the error code has something to do with the cyan toner hopper. After discovering that replacement of the entire hopper assembly is recommended with part# FM3-9977-000. I then discovered that said part# was discontinued. Preforming some high level research ( plus a phone call to cannon parts depot ) It was reviled that these parts must be ordered. FM1-C001-000, FM1-C002-000, FM1-C003-000,and FM1-C004-000 according to the nice lady from Canon parts. Now that the parts are in I have an issue. FM1-C001-000 and FM1-C003-000 are the entire CMY toner hopper assembly. While FM1-C002-000 and FM1-C004-000 are just the single color toner hoppers.

Now I just need to know which assembly to use for a north American IRAC9065. FM1-C001-000, or FM1-C003-000? I will send the rest back

It depends on your serial no.
coo3 is new style , it goes on serial numbers starting with Hxx.
c001 on older machines.

I hope you have not read this yet.
I think I wrote it backwards.

Here is the Correct info for 9065 PRO
Affected Machines are:
FNE 00500-FNE 00647
GNQ00500----GNQ00745
GNQ01000----GNQ10336
GNQ03000----GNQ30049

Use FM1- C003 or FM1- C004 for the above machines.

Use FM1-C001 or FM1-C002 for this set

Call in again tell them your serial number, and they should give you the correct parts.

Yeah I finally saw he tech pub tp13-135b. My unit was in group two. I finally got the machine back together. After a few issues related to me missing a plug or three all is well. Thanks for the help.
