[Misc] Canon IR 2525

I am servicing a Canon IR 2525 and the toner bottle is not rotating, therefore the machine is constantly calling for toner. The customer has stacks of partially used toner bottles. I need to know how to remove the hopper assembly so I can replace the necessary parts. The machine has an internal stapler finisher. So I am sure I need to remove this first before accessing the hopper assembly. Does anyone have a manual or can someone tell me how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
