    Canon Ir5055 message do not turn off

    I have a Canon IR5055 message says Remaining data that is not needed is being erased. Do not turn off the main power. Please help. Suspecting hard drive or boot rom.

      First thing I would do is disconnect it from network, back it up and do a dcon and a mmi clear! If that doesnt work format HD and reload system software! good luck!
