Canon I/R 7095 squewing when duplexing on 2nd side..DADF only

So I have this beast...squews on the 2nd side when duplexing from the DADF only.....the original service guy here has suffered long enough...hes changed the duplexer ...the whole fuser/ transfer assembly drawer...had the DADF apart as much as possible..messed with the settings...thank goodness for factory resets....so when you duplex it always squews the exact same amount/direction on the 2nd side every time and only from the DADF

Also will a J1 DADF and a Q1 DADF interchange on the same machine... the 7095 has a Q1 and I have a whole J1 so can I switch them for a test?

Thanks to all of you out there!!! Now what ye be sayin!!!

Have you down all of the adjustments in the manual???You can adjust the mount plate for reg reversing roller...tons of adjustments. Height, etc. I,ve never had one of these that the adjustments don't fix. Especially if skewing only on second side. Get the book out for starters if you already haven't...DO ALL ADJUSTMENTS FROM BEGINNING TO END.

Sorry for the question - but which one is making noise :

        DADF or Duplex Unit ?

You mixed it up so much so I can't tell.

If the noise comes from duplex unit - it would make noise even if you print double sided.
