    Canon IR 1025 CQ

Ive got a few of these that after about 20k copies, get really light, almost like a halftone or its set on photo mode but its not. OEM toner is used in all of them, and the only way to get the density back is to put a new developer unit in it.
    Any Ideas?

Is the coating on the dev extremely light? Are you running a full toner install when you change the dev? If you run a toner stir/install on the old dev does it come back a little bit at all?

Yes the developer on the mag roller is very thin. I had no idea you had to run a toner stir when adding toner.
Can you give me a heads up on how to run it?
      Thanks

Swear to god there's a toner stir on this model but I can't find it. you would usually just do it when you replace the dev. Still looking but I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first, nor the last time for that lol.
