iR2020, Upgrade error

Hi Everybody,
I have an iR2020, It deisplays Download Stanby, I tried to upgrade firmware to latest version but the machine hang in upgrading procedure.
I have to restart machine and then nothing display on screen except power light on. I had to replace new Image PCB. It is too costly. Who can help me restore spoilt PCB or have any solution for this
