Need Help with E000020-0183

Customer just started getting this E000020-0183 error code on their IRC5185,i put in a new ITB and a yellow drum,i tried clearing it but that didnt help,
any help would be greatly appreciated.

agree on checking/cleaning salt sensor/ also check Pattern Reader Assembly position (;

When Attaching the Pattern Reader Unit
1) Match the boss [1] with the rail [2].

also remove the small plastic upper right cover & peek in to look at ITB>power on> see if yellow patch is being placed on ITB sheet during SALT rotation
