Dear all ,

i have a canon ir4570 that the cylander of it collecting toner on the right side i wonder actually why ,i already changed cylander and after 4000k cylander made the same problem also when i saw the drum there was toner collection on the right side also photo (6)4.jpg

if the oil seals X71-9310-000 have been changed along with a new cylinder then I'd point at the blade FM2-0289-000 being out of alignment.

Check the position of the machine with a water level, is it level ?

The floor on which the machine stands must be level, not tilted.

A tilted floor will cause the toner to run to one side of the machine .
