Canon iR1730 drum life

Hello
We have a problem on machines canon iR17xx the life of drums moves only between 40-70%. Which is quite a few.
A frequent complaint is to solve the problem.
If someone tip to improve endurance drums would be grateful.

Causes:
1) stripes on the drum
2) scratched the surface of the drum
3) destruction of the cleaning blade edge

using OEM CANON parts ??

what % of toner coverage are u using on documents
what paper type using ?

Im use only canon genuine part and toner.
The print document have 4-20% toner coverage.
Im dont changed the government use the paper quality.
