Canon CLC4040 Weird Problem

Dear all ,

i have a Weird problem in CLC4040 which the Fiery H1 connected ,the problem when i want to make a test page from the fiery in the footer of the screen give processing and the the green led flash a moment then disappeared and the copier didnt print , i wonder why actually i do all things and my problem didnt solved yet i tried to change the fiery thought it the problem but i tried on other copier and the fiery works fine ,the interface of the machine is 3 ,i felt crazy of this now im debuting in the Main Controller Board ,im thinkin to change it ,my question is the CLC5150 the same as CLC4040 ? thank you

Sound like ID mode is enabled on the 4040 .
Either turn it off, or change the settings to allow prints with unknown ID.

Enter a known ID

Then go to Additional Functions > System Settings > Dept. ID Management > Press OFF.
