iRA6200 jam code 0113 transfer belt shifts to the rear

Hi

Have an iRA6200 with very intermittent jam code 0113 and noticed that the transfer belt shifts to the rear but within the line.
The machine is almost brand new. The PS36 shows the delay jam because the paper is not making it out of the exit unit when that happens. Have checked the exit unit, the level of the machine, the power and the paper.

Any ideas please?

Clean all the delivery assembly bushings...on the external delivery assembly,reversal assembly. They gum up and cause the stepper motor at the rear of machine(delivery motor)to stall. Common problem. Canon has replacement bearings instead of bushings available.
