    ir3300i display black

I have a Canon ir3300i that has a black screen, the buttons all work as you can still use it you just can't see the screen. We've replaced the entire control panel and still have the same problem.

1-check connectors on Composite Power Supply.
    2-DC Controller > FLASH DIMM
    3-check Memory
    4-Boot DIMM

What if you boot up in download mode...28 power on...anything on screen? If so,reflash the machine. Firmware corrupt possibly. Check all dcon and mn-con connections...

from easy to hard, lamp on the panel, firmware, cable and power supply. memory is quite improbable as the machine still works.

Embarrassed to say it was the lcd screen, evidentally the 2nd control panel we tried was bad as well.
