i have replaced the feed tires in February because of to man papers going through at one time. now all of a sudden the copies are coming out skewed. i have adjusted the feeder every way i know how . i replace all the feeder tires again on thursday, they called today the skew is so slight you can barley see it but the customer brought out his ruler to make sure and yes they are off by a couple hairs. anywhere i might look to see if the paper is catching somewhere? and ideas appreciated in advanced.

secondly,
when you replaced the feed rolers did you also replace the seperation pad?
also is the top or the bottom the part that is out?
its quite possible it is catcing on something, but it should be fairly obvious, best way to check is to manually feed some paper through the path and see if it catches on anything or use the feed check in service mode (feeder>function>feed) and run about 30 sheets through it and see what happens (yes it runs at the slower speed but that's kind of the point).
