I have an error code on a computer IP1135 E023-0020 sensors have reviewed and have exchanged but does not provide wing toner development unit I tried several times with TONER-S but does not provide toner

firstly you should remove amount of toner from the developing tank
and try
if E020 appears make TONER-S from service mode
if E023 returns you may find broken stirrings in the tank or you may to change the motors in the tank

Try adjusting service mode LVL1>COPIER>ADJUST>DENS TSD-BSR, and TSD-DEV both from the recommended "-1" > "-2", see if the error still has occurrences

In a few cases adjusting service mode LVL1>COPIER>ADJUST>DENS TSD-BSR, and TSD-DEV both from "-2" > "-3" resolved the issue.
