    [Jamming] CANON IR2380 JAMS

Canon 2380 with internal finisher jams every copy both A3 and A4.The code is delay jam 0109.The paper is feeding out of the fuser but there is no drive to the first set of rollers in the 3 way unit so its not reaching the sensor. The fuser unit is fine as are the exit rollers and orange roller at fuser exit the paper can be seen clearing the fuser as it backs up behind as it stops dead at the 3 way unit rollers. If the machine didnt have an internal finisher I would be able to do single sided as this sensor not used when no int finisher. As it is the machine is down completely.I have stripped the 3 way unit down cleaned all shafts and one way bearings on the unit. The gears are all locating correctly in the drive train just no drive.I am posting to see if anyone has had this issue as I have not come across it before

Have you just installed the Inner Finisher? Have you removed the lower exit arm from the MFD. Have had this occur following a new tech who installed the accessory.

      Nice to think simple :-)
