I have an iR5570 which is intermittently leaving light bands for the last half to 1/3 of the page. I have noticed that this occurs when I lose separation ( paper lifts when passing over trans/sep )Have replaced Transfer / Separation Assembly, Pre Transfer Assy, HV cables and connectors and both HVT boards. Anyone out there had this issue. Occurs intermittently will go away for a few days (2000 prints) or can show up every 50 to 100 pages. Any help gratefully appreciated. Customer getting impatient now.
