Anyone have any idea where I'd find a list of error codes in the manual for an error listed in the RUI on a machine located some distance from the main location of a business? When logged into the RUI and checking the print queue all show "ng" and the error #8053. I cannot find it in the manual for the machine at all. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Thanks for the response. I figured it out this morning by installing the UFRII driver instead of the one the customer had been trying. However, could you point me to where in the service manual I'd find that info?? Do I leave off the "0" in the given code of #0853? Newish to Canon manualsVectorLinux---Check it out!Comment

When logged checking the canon copier np 7161 all show "ng" and the error E-102. I cannot find it in the manual for the machine at all.
