IR6000 Jam Code 0111

Hello. I have jam code 0111 when printing (paper face down) from computer or using the ADF.
But when copying fron glass (useing Duplex) the is no jam also using the ADF original one by one there is no jam.

Copying from the glass and one original from the ADF does not use the reversal assembly.
If it is happening every time on letter, most likely your Motor driver is blown.

Can you explain more. Do you mean by Motor driver is blown the main motor (M2), so I can't print by from the computer -paper face down- and the paper jam with code 0111.
I use A4R paper.

Motor driver is a circuit board which controls the motors on your copier

This is an external delivery jam. There is a white lever on the back of the delivery assembly that moves a gate to either send the copy down to reverse or duplex it, or send it out face up. They crack and don't direct the paper properly. Hope this helps

I changed the EXTERNAL DELIVERY UPPER ASSEMBLY with another and now it reversing paper works good.
