Availability of IR-C3220 SST app & firmware to download?

Would somebody let me know how to get the Firmware and "SST" Canon CD andSoftware for the IR-C3220? I need the Canon Firmware as well as the application for "service support tool (SST)" to reinstall the firmware to a new hard drive. I have had a E602-0001 error message and hope a new drive with re-installed firmware will fix my machine. Suggestions? Thanks,

hi chap,

that stuff is not available to d/l, if you are a trained canon tech then u should be able to get the stuff from them. if not then ull need to contact some1 that is trained as they should have that stuff
