Ir 105 controlbox

Hello guys, i have two ir105, one freezes at boot, control painel stop at "waiting" screen, motors turn on, fuser heat up, but stuck in this screen, i can't enter in service mode. another one is ok, i change memory,boot room and flash dimm also beetween this two machines, no resolution.my question is:

can i exchange HD without problem? or I have to exchange all controlbox?whats is the better solution in this case? thanks to all.

ps: I try to turn on with fuser drawer and duplex drawer open, just for sure if isn't leakage by a broken wire or something (i read this from another thread like mine) and try also exchange control painel.

Swapping the Memory Dimms is about the only thing you can do between machines as they most likely DO NOT have the same Firmware Version.
I suggest putting all the pcbs back into the original machines & try removing and cleaning all PCBs & cleaning their contacts - I use a cloth smeared with WD40 or similar, then buff them up - it's time consuming but can have good results.
At this stage I wouldn't suspect the HDDs - if you do have a problem in this area then you WILL require some expert knowledge.
