build up of toner on underside of ITB PLATE drags on ITB sheet>causes streaks
================================================== =========================
remove the ITB>next remove the metal underside plates>turn them over to clean underside>

now take that large plate and throw it in the garbage can >put back the small plate & make sure to screw attach (1) back into plate / & wedge (2) other end of varistor under the spring leaf (no area to screw in) ( so u don't receive a sporadic error code)--

your BLACK is now a mess/ ??

did u remove ITB BELT or just clean outside of it & plates ?

u need to remove ITB & ITB BELT to inspect the Primary Transfer Roller for BLACK> Inspect it's position on both sides> make sure it is pushed into the end spring loaded holders & rotates freely


BLACK LOOKED OK on your first PG10 before u cleaned ITB// what did u use to wipe the rollers with
ITB PRIMARY ROLLS.JPG
