yesterday , I encounter en error code 602-0001 when starting my canon IR4570.
sure that i need SST(support Service Tool) to format the hdd.
my request is urgent.
we would appreciate if anyone send the SST on may email abbesm84@yahoo.fr

You need a hard drive, SST and the firmware.
