is it on long sheet>trail edge only ?
Wrinkles appear only on the last 6 inches of 11x17 paper all other paper sizes are wrinkle free.
Stop the paper in the fixing unit to see if it is wrinkling after fixing or before.
Replace Secondary Transfer Mount Assembly (FM2-2485-010) it should resolved the wrinkling problem on the trail edge of 11x17 stock.
is it on short sheets

Replaced the Lower Fixing Belt Assembly (FM2-2480-000). When rebuilding the Lower Fixing Belt Assembly ensure you do not remove or throw away the black spacer under the pressure pad. The black spacer can stick to the pressure pad and be discarded during service.
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

this paper wrinkle problem is due to several factors:
1 -. Fixing Belt (FL2-6530-000) with too much use
2 - Pressure Pad Assembly (FM3-1217-000)
3 -. Speaker spent fixing roller
