    Canon Imagrpass H1

I have a Canon C5185 with Fiery Imagepass H1. When I print using the postscript driver. Under Finisher tab there is a choice for Sorter Mode. The choices are
    Collate without shift -
    Group without shift
    Collate
    Group

When I choose Group I can then choose "Number of Copies for Offset.
    I tell it 100 copies.

I assume this means that when I send a job to the printer, at 100 intervals the printer should shift and print another 100 copies then shift again for another 100 copies. Etc, etc.

Well it doesn't. The copier just prints 300 copies with no shifting.

Can any help me with this option? How do I get the copier to shift at the designated number of copies?

Secondly I receive an error code e000225-0001

    What does this mean?

Thanks in advance for any help.

    imagePASS G1 / H1 / J1 / S1 / S2, imagePRESS Q1 / Q2 / T1 / A2000 / A3000 / A1100 / A2100 / A3100, ColorPASS GX300 / J100 / J200

'Number of copies for offset' option in the PS driver does not apply with prints.

With the Fiery Postscript driver selecting the 'Number of copies for offset' may not work depending on the configuration of the driver. Even though you apply a number such as '3' the output will not be offset.

For this option to work you must have the "Sorter Mode" set to at least 'Collate' in the Finishing tab of the driver.

Hopefully your CCD Unit is not going bad---

      E225
      - 0001

E225 with a sub code of 0001 =indicates that the light quantity of the exposure lamp has dropped.

      1- -Clean the white plate
2- -Replaced the exposure Xenon lamp - FM2-5840-000
3- -The Ribbon Cable craps out on these- goes from the Reader Controller PCB to the Interface PCB. The two cables come together as one part attached to a plate.
cable part number is as follows:
      for-Color imageReader F1 = FL2-4857-000
      for-Duplex Color imageReader G1 = FL2-7976-000
