    Heater Lamps does not turn on on iR105

    Hi

    I am having a wierd issue with my iR105 . One fine morning none of the lamps in the heater/fixing unit turns on. I have changed the fixing unit, DC Controller, Power Supply boards,SSR Relay boards, the whole feeder unit(unit 1) . replaced the connector and wiring (back of the machine side).

    What am i doing wrong here? any suggestions most welcome.

      If the copier coded out that morning, did you clear the error?

          It doesn't give out any error. it just says warming up...

              Open the door and check the display panel for re-seat unit 1 message , check for paper at the rear of unit 1.

                      Remove the stapler cartridge,then reboot the machine
