I need a little help. I took this call because we are low on calls, but we don't see a lot of Cannons. The problem was a black streak on page. Fuser was torn. I ordered a new fuser and then , having never changed one before, found out what a bitch it was, compared to most. Anyway, first 2 pages came out. Then they started getting stuck when almost all the way out. Customer tells me, "It didn't do that before." Then it jams one in fuser, won't let it out.
I brought it to the shop, took apart, removed the jam, checked my work, looked online, and here, ran the transfer cleaning and fuser cleaning modes, cleaned the rollers and the machine made 12 copies with no issue. Put all the covers on, cleaned it, ran another test and it jams.
I need to walk away and do something else. Any help would be appreciated.
