    1025 if frozen

i have a machine that is stuck saying processing, like when you scan a email through. no documents in print queue, is there a way to cancel their last job through the machine. it has been unplugged from the wall but comes right back up with processing. nothing will work on the machine while it is in this mode.

It looks like it's a fax job that needs to be canceled / cleared.

Remove network cable and reboot the machine, Try another driver or crossover cable with a laptop. May need to flash the machine.
