    Canon 7655

    This Xerox workcentre 7655 copier never goes past the initial start up screen. It just keeps saying "power up sequence in progess". After leaving it on for about 45 minutes it finally went to a screen that said it could not find a firewall or something like that. I plugged it into our network and it still does the same thing. I also tried accessing the service mode by holding the stop button at start up, but that did not work either. If anyone knows how to remedy this issue or the proper way to get into the service mode, any help would be appreciated.

    Also, any copier techs with free time in the Connecticut area are welcome to inquire about servicing our machines. We would be happy to pay you for your time, we have several Canon, Xerox and Konica copiers in need of repair. All have different issues, I am somewhat knowledgable, but some of these issues are beyond me.
