    ir7095 transparency jam

    Hi,

I'm getting a 1006 jam in the finisher of an ir7095 using transparency which is a delay jam to sensor un13. The jam happens every time. I am running the transparencies out the manual feed tray with transparency selected. Copy paper works fine. The transparency is laying flat several inches into that sensor. The customer has another ir7095 next to it. The transparencies run fine on that one so I don't think it's an issue with the transparency itself. I tried initializing the sensors and blowing them out with air. Not sure what to do next. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Matt

check OHP-TEMP > level 3 /transparency mode temperature control setting./Decreases the fixing temperature
    0: 198 deg C (default); 1: 1983 deg C; 3: 183 deg C

    swap MF TRAYS to test

      1: 1983 deg
Yeah, that would do the trick :P Please post the result on youtube.

I lowered the temp and tried swapping the mf trays. Still the same problem. The transparency is not melting. It just stops in the finisher and is laying flat.
