    Black lines when scanning IRC2380

    Greetings. I have a problem on a IRC2380 only happens when scanning and leaving some black lines when sending both the RDF and the glass table. What can be the problem?. thanks

      was that a blank sheet u scanned of glass


      Has the Scanner Area, White Plate, Glass, CIS and Laser Slit Glass been inspected & were all cleaned.

              had this problem here also, open the controller box, remove the memory, clean the contacts thoroughly and reseat, did the trick for me.
              If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions!

                  If the problem occur when you scan files, it will be that there is something wrong with the scan components. It means that the scan components need to be cleaned or maintenance. If you meet the problem when printing, there is something wrong with the drum unit.

                      ensure scan area is clean (slit glass and platern)

                      clean CIS and mirrors with a soft cloth

                      reseat memory chips

                      replaced CIS

                          On Scans or Glass operation > OPTICS > EXPOSURE > IMAGE CONVERSION
