    Help Using SST

A few of use are tying to use the SST yet we have no models in the drop down window to select. Start assist mode is not lit up to click, when we hit the connect nothing happens. This whole thing is driving us crazy. Is there anyone that can steer us in the right direction? Thanks

      Hi,

      Copier model?
      SST version?
      Firmware version?
      Did you unzip files correctly?
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

SST is a TOOL, which requires a version of FIRMWARE to suit the EXACT model of machine in which you want to use it.

The Firmware is in a Zipped File (supplied by Canon) then needs to be unzipped into a folder which the SST can REGISTER into it's system, it may then be downloaded into the machine via SST or USB (depending on the model).
