good afternoon:
I have a problem with imagePRESS C1 when printing pictures magenta out relief, apparently is as if the developer is were falling, I reviewed the equipment and cleaned the unit but continues the problem only occurs with this color the others are well

how old is that M DEV UNIT ?

Make sure the M UNIT is hitting the Developing BIAS tab

Developing BIAS Input Assembly resides on the front plate of the P-Kit. When the Developer Units rotate and are positioned for development, the BIAS tab rubs against the Developing BIAS Input Assembly to receive the developing BIAS. It is possible the machine could experience loss of colors intermittently and therefore needs replacement. The part number is FM2-2662-000.




make sure under COPIER> ADJUST> COLOR> ADJ - that M is not set to a Negative
