    Any Printer Management Software for Canon Ir Series

    Hello All..

    Can anybody help me in identifying a printer management software required to monitor print jobs
    in an organization having several departments and several users in each department.

    My client requested for this kind of software..

      what you mean with ir Series

      ir/irc XXXX or ir Advance series? for the Advance series you can try with this here

              You question is somewhat vague, what do you want to do with these multiple users and departments? Do you want to limit access to functions like color and scanning or just keep track of how many pages they make?

              I have used PaperCut in the past, reasonable pricing and many features, works with just about any machine. I have used it for basic installs as well as installs involving follow-me printing with secure release utilizing their corporate RFID access cards.

                  Hi,
                  "Paper cut" software is convenient in case you want to monitor how many pages printed in an hour, a day, a week ,which document has been printed since word,excel,access,publisher etc, how many pages, the date and time the document being printed and whether is colored or black & white, even if the document was deleted after printed.

                      There is also uniflow smb but I hate it configuring it. Papercut is awesome.
