    imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4025 frreezing up

    Hi Guys,

I'm new to this forum, so hello everyon.

    We have problems with
    imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4025i and 4035i.

Machines freezes every day without reason.

You can't even shut it down on the power switch. You can only shut it down when you plug out the power cord.

    All machines have latest firmware.

    Guys help
