    ir5870c problem

    Hello,

Like you can see in PDF file, I have fading from black to gray when printing or copying. I'm replaced next part:

Black developer assm, primary corona, secondary corona, drum blade cleaning, ITB cleaning assm, belt, all primary transfer rollers, secondary transfer roller, fixing unit. I made a thorough cleaning of all internal parts and body. I do not know could be a problem anymore. If any know solution please tell me. The price of parts exceeded the price of copier, but I want to pinpoint the problem.
    Scan.pdf

    Thanks

    Thanks

Seems you may have replaced parts unnecessarily - looks to me like floated toner build up on the Laser Glass, clean & test again.

Uneven density front to rear/PRINTS & COPIES

is fade issue on other colors as well

if the spacing from one side of the developer unit to the other is larger / this will cause the uneven density.
Replacement of the AP kit is required to resolve this issue as the spacing difference is caused by a bent or twisted AP Kit frame.
