Canon iPF710 not printing

hi there every one! I kno its been a while since I have been on the board, but work is really busy at the moment.

I am in need of some assistance with a Canon iPF710.
when the client sends a print job, in PDF format, I get printer error and nothing comes out to the machine.
I have the service manual and am unable to locate any information on how to reset the NIC in this machine.
Does any one have any procedure, other than using a BFH ????

u mean re-seat or reset NIC CARD ??

NIC card is seated to the printer board.

thanks for the responce.

when the client attempts to print the job starts to cycle and then comes up with a printer error, nothing seems to make it to the printer.
I have completely tested the network and the ip used for the machine, changed an other printer to the same ip address and it worked without issue.
The customer only prints PDF documents to this particular machine as that is what they receive for job bids.
I have attempted to print with a cross over cable and with usb as well, neither of which worked.
The client uses adobe for their pdf items, and I use Foxit on my laptop.
There was no printing from either PDF program.

My Friend said to go and remove this iPFPrinter (710) listed on your PC under Printers & Faxes>

1-disconnect cable from iPF710 to PC
2-shut down PC
3-connect back iPF710 to PC
4-power up PC> & it should re-recognize the iPF710 to re-install it

I have already done that, and it did not work at all.
I have a feeling that the main board is toast and needs replaced.

u get this PRINTER ERROR message on PC or iPF ?/

is there any ERROR #CODE or just a message



can/or did u test any other apps besides pdf's /


are u able to get into service mode ?? to check error log
