Note this model has no hard drive

Have you tried an all clear in service mode?

Points to note:
1. Be sure to execute ''ALL CLEAR'' after upgrading the System Software from 'WLaa-50-xx or earlier' to 'WLaa-
61-xx or later'.

Also, be sure to back up the following data with RUI in advance because the data is reset to the value at the time of
factory shipment.
-Address Book
-User data
-Additional Functions Mode
Inport the backup data with RUI after ''ALL CLEAR''.
