[Misc] Skew copies iRAC5235i

Hi All

Please could someone assist? I have set up a new iRAC5235i and i am experiencing skew copies. I does'nt make a difference if i use the DADF or not, but the lead edge is skew. If i print all is good (straight). Is there an adjustment in service mode to rectify this issue?

Please forgive me. It now appears that even the test prints (PG type) are slightly skew as well.

Hi Will1, Did you home out all the laser in service mode ? copier>function>laser (level2)

Hi All,

Have tried all cassette's as well as bypass tray and we still have the same issue with the skewing, I have attached a sky copy so you guys can see for yourself.

Check the right inner door assembly FM3-5960-000, you may need to replace it.

thanks tykesupport, but from what i've seen there's nothing wrong with the right inner door assy, and i guess it would have helped to mention this machine is brand new,
