have an error code on a ipf 5100 of e144-1047, i cant find any code that comes close except a e144-4047 so i guess the customer read it wrong. Supply system's count error is what i have foud to fix this error. how hard is this to replace? it is the Ink tube unit we will replace first then the main controller PCB. i have no experience on wide format other than replacing ink cartilages and print heads. thanks in advanced

Stay away from this thing, parts and service support are a nightmare if your not familiar or a dealer that can get it.
EXPENSIVE, and can be a never ending service call if you dont know what your doing.
